Bobby had to exercise all his expertise and experience to figure out what was causing my system to shut down. He figured it out, ordered the necessary part (which took a couple of days to arrive), and came back to install it. Most importantly, he figured out a way to keep the system running until the part came in.

A technician came out the same day I called. When I decided to replace the entire system the technician made sure someone came out that same day to present my options and that installation could occur the next day. I was given 4 options in my price range. System was installed the next day. A week later another technician came out to review installation. Everyone I dealt witn was efficient, professional, courteous and respectful of me and my property-all this during a pandemic. I was very impressed with the service I received.

Performed a maintenance on two systems. Made sure everything is working properly before departure
Found failed condenser not operating due to failed capacitor, replaced capacitor and tested system operation, cooling operation is normal at this time.
Cleared primary drain to upstairs unit and made sure the master bedroom unit primary drain was clear. I verified the systems were operating in cool mode before leaving.
Completed a 1 system cooling maintenance on a 3.5 ton heat pump
Performed ac inspection, replaced contractor and added a hard start kit
Completed cooling maintenance on one split system, cooling operation was normal at that time.

02-05-21, Performed the fall maintenance on two gas furnaces. I poured bleach down the primary drain to the upstairs unit for Mr. McDonald. Both systems are functioning within manufacture specs and no issues recorded at this time. All safeties are working, flue pipes are secure, Gas lines are tight, flames are blue, all safeties working, units are sealed properly, both blower capacitor’s are good, all wires are secured. Both systems have a good temperature rise. Both filters need to be replaced. Mr. McDonald said he will pick up filters today and have them installed. Returned both thermostats back to normal setting.
